"I needed a complete new roof and gutter system on a house we were remodeling in Walla Walla. I obtained three bids from roofing companies in the area. Enrique Pina was the very first to show up to give a bid. It took the others from 3 days to 1 week to come to the house to give a bid. The Pina bid beat the next lowest bid by $1,100. In addition, they started the project within 3 days of bid acceptance. They obtained a permit at our request since We were doing complete remodel of the house. Enrique said it would take about 6 days to complete the project and they finished removing the old roofing shingles and installing the new ones in just 4 days. The work was excellent with only one minor observation by the building inspector on a boot needed over a vent pipe, which they corrected the same day I called them. They also installed the gutter system completely around the house, which was done within one day. The carpenters that were re-siding our house disconnected the downspouts that Pina's Roofing installed and didn't reconnect them. In addition, they lost several of the screws. I called Enrique and he came that same day to reattach all of the downspouts at no extra cost. During the bad wind storm in December, I had roof damage to our rental home and to a home of a friend of ours. The roofers were very busy in the area. I called Enrique and he took care of both houses within 2 days of the call. Doing business with Enrique has been a pleasure. I wish all of the subcontractors we used on our home remodeling project were of the same caliber as Pina's Roofing"
